Man of the Hour

Big congrats to Mike DeCoste who was up for the challenge this
morning. Mike posted a time of 16:26 in a 5k in Boston. His effort
brings his blog back into the "Hitters" category and for good measure,
it upgrades Da Wee Man's blog as well.
