I decided to take the day off and spend the day nursing my hamstring. After the lousy feeling run yesterday, I thought it would be best to take it easy. Meagan is out of town in Birmingham, AL working the Mercedes Marathon Expo so I had the task of updating the Karhu Facebook page. Like it!
