Meagan's Pre Race Workout

Meagan and I warmed up to the Salem Willows for her final mini workout prior to the Mercedes Half Marathon. The 5 minute efforts were designed work down from 3:40 pace to 3:35 pace.

Meagan handled the workout well and sounded in control while running the 5 minute intervals. She should be ready to roll in Birmingham.
