Last night I attended the NE Distance shareholders meeting at Rhode Runner in Providence, RI. It was a fun event and I got to catch up with my old teammate Jeff Gaudette from Runner's Connect, Eric Narcisi of Level Renner and others. I stayed somewhat later than expected before heading on to a sketchy hotel in Connecticut.
In the morning I got up and headed out for a short run on lightly snow covered streets. It was warmer than expected and I would have gone longer, but I had to get to Philly. I just ran out and back to fit in just over 30 minutes of running.
