Meagan and I planned to run on a gold course this morning but it rained overnight. The course was mushy and we didn't feel like tearing up the fairways. We made a quick exit after about 400m and headed back to the trail we've run most days and headed out to the neck. After one loop around it was time to head back in a rain that was getting more intense. It was good to put in some distance before starting the day and heading back to Charlotte.
