I ran on the treadmill at the YMCA across from our house tonight. It sucked. It was the treadmill and that always sucks. Is there anything else to report?
Maybe I ran some faster sections to make the time go by faster. I think I did a 2.5 mile warm up, messed around with the speed for a couple miles and then cooled down. Yay.
