Ran after work on the standard loop that goes through the Brookhaven neighborhood. I made it a touch longer on the way out and stopped at the park on the way in to do some drills. I focused on loosening up my right hip which has been less mobile in recent weeks. This run was basically time on the legs and not completely necessary but since the group was running I got out there.
