Week in Review

Distance: 62+ miles

I'll take this week of training as a good starting point for the weeks to come. My goal is to finish up the month of June healthy and accustomed to 60-70 miles/week. The legs are doing well, as is the hip. Tom needs to come up with a plan for the MCM that I can get started with in a couple weeks.
