Shakeout and Drills

Distance: 2 miles

Jogged from OK Runner to the little park off Brookhaven Blvd in order to loosen up for this HealthPlex 5k tomorrow. I just wanted to get a little flexibility in and stride out a couple times before racing. Legs feel decent. No pain in the hip.
