After work Gus and I went for a little run. Well, we didn't actually run together but I ran to the park along Brookhaven Blvd. and did some drills while he ran up to the 1.5 mile mark. I focused on form and flexibility. The legs and body don't feel too bad at this early point in the training cycle.
