Left the apartment at 8:00 am with Meagan to meet Scotty D along Jenkins. We three headed out to the end of Jenkins past Lloyd Noble and took a right near the C.O.R.C.S. entrance and ran up to Chautauqua. We looped through Dizzle's neighborhood and hook out on Pickard, to Brooks and straight back to the Lodge. Simple and standard loop that usually takes about an hour. Hip was a little tight at the start of the run but felt decent towards the end. I will probably run this evening with the OK Runner group or I might run to the park and do drills.
