Good week of training capped off with a solid long run. Now that I'm at the end of June I can officially start training properly. My initial goal was to start the real running come July 1st. I will still hold to that goal despite putting together some weeks of 75+ miles. I would like to keep my runs about the same for the next month averaging 75-90 miles per week before jumping to over 100. The long run will be an important aspect that I will need to practice taking water and nutrients.
