Ran with Scotty D this morning after we both left our respective houses at 7:30am and planned on meeting along Jenkins. We then headed out towards the GT but remained on the roads on North Base. It was rather cool this morning after and the wind wasn't too extreme. The pace was casual and the streets were busy. I was glad to get in such a "long" run. It was my best effort in recent weeks.
