After a day of traveling with the bossman, we laced up the kicks for an easy run around Marblehead. It was easy for me, taxing for him. The first 5 km was over familiar territory but then we took a slight road detour due to the tide being high and not wanting to swim through the trail. I actually felt pretty good and came back to do some core work while waiting for ST to return from work.
