The summer of Malmo continued this evening with a run from our house to Washington Square (it's really more of a triangle). We ran a few loops of the roughly 700m crushed gravel perimeter before starting a light un-timed workout. We ran 5 loops of the square alternating striding and jogging the segments. Each segment is a different length so it was best to just run off feel. By the time of the third loop I started feeling much better and started getting into a rhythm. Meagan and I both agreed that this could be a good workout to do once a week through the summer and add more as we get fitter.
