Morning Friday Run

I had originally planned to run a workout this morning but got out the door later than expected. I ended up just putting in an easy run and will get after it this evening. The blister on the back of my left foot is taking its time to heal very slowly. It doesn't help that I have been running a lot and every time I do it delays the healing process. Often it is quite painful for the first 5 to 10 minutes before the endorphins kick in.
