This was a planned day off to keep the mileage low. My left knee is a little scraped and sore. I'm not too worried about it though because the icing helps. The achilles feels pretty solid too.
Update: I lied. I actually did run to meet Spencer, Rook and Saker at The Library for a pint. I gave the nipple rings an update at Hall of Tattoos and afterward I made it over in time for a Coach's IPA.
