Good week of training but I sandbagged on a workout. I will blame my laziness on the spring weather which involves lots of wind. I'm pleased that the legs and mainly the achilles are feeling strong. Each day my stride and comfort level seems to be improving. I have 4 weeks to the day until the OKC Marathon.
