Solid week of training. I got in a couple good workouts that have told me a little about my fitness. I was finishing long runs about 6 weeks ago in 5:20 and now I'm struggling to run 4 x 1.5 miles at that pace. In the next 20 days I know my fitness will be much improved. The legs will feel stronger and the breathing will be much easier. I would like to get out the door a few minutes earlier next week so that I have time to stretch at the gym post run.
