I got back out this evening for some more kilometers by myself. I was definitely in tune with my heel to see if there were any alarming signs being sent to the ol' noggin. The pace gradually picked up to where I was steadily clipping off sub-4:00/k at the end. I've stopped taking any sort of anti-inflammatory and started a daily regimen of flax seed or fish oil.
