I got in decent mileage this week but wasn't really able to focus on my fitness because I'm constantly worrying about my foot. I'm training to have a good showing at the Blue Ridge Relay so I'm rushing into workouts hoping the foot can handle it. I've tried everything including: ART, ice, compression, anti-inflammatories, acupuncture, massage and some rest. Nothing is eliminating the pain and at this point it's pure discomfort management.
