This was a brilliant week of training. Unfortunately, I probably over did it. My foot is not in a great spot. It's not swollen, but it's definitely banged up. I'm going to have to reevaluate my goals for this fall given that my peroneal tendon is here and putting up a fight.
That's the limitation. The good news is that I got in a great week of training. I would be massively fit if I could keep up this type of work for 2 solid months. I had fun training this week and never really went to the well, yet I felt my endurance getting better, my form turning more efficient and stride quickening with the faster efforts. This is what I need and want to be doing.
