Meagan and I did the standard one loop around Freedom Park this evening. I was feeling good after a day of multiple cups of coffee. There isn't much to report about tonight's run, simply time on the feet.

Yeah dude, now that I'm back up to nearly 30 miles per week, it's only a matter of time. Check your rearview - objects in mirror are closer than they appear (do they make mirrors that let you see 8 miles back?)
