Driving Miles > Running Miles

Time: none
Distance: none

Meagan and I left Oklahoma this morning around 6:30 am from Spencer's house up in Oklahoma City. We need to be back in Charlotte in time for some compliance meetings on Monday morning at 8:30. That gave us 26 hours to drive a little over 1,100 miles. The distance isn't too impressive but having to be back at a certain time will make things a bit more aggravating. Our plan which we stuck to let us arrive in Birmingham, AL around 6:00 pm to visit Brooke. After a lovely dinner with Ms. Starr and Biz Cut we took a brief nap from 9:30 pm to 1:00 am.

We were up and on the road at a few tics past 1 with Charlotte on our minds. Actually, coffee was on my mind and breath for most of this drive. Meagan was scared that I was going to fall asleep and crash her precious little vehicle. Ironically, it was her who a few hours later was nodding her head behind the wheel. Luckily, she didn't crash and turn the whip into a burning pile of metal and plastic.

We arrived at the Queen's University Athletic Complex with 10 minutes to spare.
