Wow. Not a very heavy week of training. I took two days off this week due to weather and travel which is not ideal. Hopefully, the stress of this week won't cause any troubles as the body was able to recover during those two days. I got in one workout that wasn't too fa-bo-lo-us but wasn't awful. I probably didn't gain too much fitness this week as the workload was relatively low. There is just under a month until the Brookhaven Run where I hope to run fast. Two years ago I ran 14:54 at this race and took 4th so this year I hope to improve on that.
