A respectable week of training that was highlighted by the 6-mile tempo run on Friday. I can tell that 5:00 pace is becoming easier as the body becomes fitter. The miles are starting to add up and I think some of the power from my legs is leaving. I might have to start incorporating strides or drills in order to keep a bit of pop in the legs. Aerobically, I don't think I have ever been fitter. Next week looks like it's going to be a busy one so hopefully the training doesn't suffer as a result.
