It was a windy morning out on the streets of Oklahoma City. Meagan and I ran up Shartel and back Walker for a standard loop from Spenis' house. We were crossing an intersection near mile 23-24 of the marathon course and was stopped on the corner looking at us. He yelled, "you guys run pretty quick," and the followed it up with, "are you the guy who won the marathon?" Yup. I still got it.
My legs are a bit sore from the workout the other day. The spikes have left my calves in turmoil but I have been carrying around my stick for some self massages.
