My Garmin didn't start registering distance until about 2k into the run so I used the data from last night's run and guessed on the pace. I got out the door for an easy run around the neck with a slightly sore hamstring. It continually loosened up over the course of the run until the end when I could barely noticed any difference between legs. I took it easy on the hills, going both up and down, so as to not over extend my right leg. I just wanted to boost the distance of this week as it will surely be busy down in Texas.
