About two miles into the run this morning I decided to head over to the Charlotte Running Co. I needed to tell Scott Dvorak how I appreciated him getting me a late entry into Charlotte's Racefest Half Marathon. While I was there I got to chat with Donny Forsyth about how I'm starting to meet all his riding buddies. It was a nice 20 minute break in the middle of my 6 mile run. Nothing beats that.
