Today's long run went really well. It's probably the best long run I've had in several weeks excluding the Tobacco Road Marathon. The pace started off nice and easy and gradually progressed after many miles. I've consciously been trying to run more upright in the couple of weeks after the marathon. I always find it easier to correct minor issues during the regeneration or recovery phase of training.
