I guess this was an okay week of training. I was pretty beat up for most of the week because of the speed development session on Tuesday. Luckily, I know that each speed session will be easier as a result. It'll be nice to comfortably run sub-70 second quarters again and be able to maintain that for the summer despite the heat. The race on Saturday was fun and it was good to win. I'll be interesting to see if I can get back to running under 15:00 mins on the roads again.
