My recovery weekend continued when I went out to McAlpine for the Sunday long run. My schedule had me running 5 miles so naturally I ran 9 with Tanya, Jenna and Meagan. Five solo and my pace = 9 easy with the girls, right? Probably not but I'll take it. Surprisingly, I didn't feel great on the run and I'm not sure why. It might be because I haven't run under 7 minute pace in a few days and I'm starting to feel stale.
