First, let me ask if anybody's Garmin seems to be off the past few weeks? My watch has been measuring really inconsistently the first mile on probably half of my runs recently. Today, it beeped about 40m too early.
Second, my legs are still rocked. Hamstrings and quads are feeling just a little better even after yesterday's rest. I feel really stiff for the first 20 minutes and then things improve. I will need an extended warm up for tomorrow's race. I can't see myself feeling good before 1.5 miles.

Sore legs are good sign. The work that you did will bring them around for better, faster racing.
