Today's run called for some uptempo running and I decided to keep it local through Freedom Park. I started the run with Meagan on her morning shakeout and then I got to work around the 1.50 mile mark.

Splits: 7:56, 6:53, 6:13, 5:52, 5:48, 5:40, 5:34, 5:37

It was good to open the legs up a bit. I wasn't able to double because tonight I was at the track most of the afternoon and evening.
