Another week in the books. I got in a great workout while I was in Greenville, SC this week for work at the Furman track. I enjoyed going from a tempo run to stepping on the track and dropping the pace. The race this week was solid but nothing to write home about. I feel like I'm getting stronger, but it's hard to judge fitness as the temperature and humidity increases. While I think I should be running significantly faster, I know I'll be hindered by the summer conditions. I'll keep plugging away and hope to hit race day with ideal conditions that will be conducive to running near 15 minutes.
