This originally was going to be a morning run, but it turned out to be my only run for the day. I had ambitions of doing my speed development later in the evening, but opted not to due to laziness. I had a big week with a good race and felt that I didn't need the extra workout. I also probably needed a bit more recovery after the long run on Saturday.
