I got out for some miles this morning on my Medium Freedom Park Loop. I don't remember anything cool happening. I did, however, do some strides in my parking lot upon finishing. Jeff continues with his speed enthused work and today I did 5 x 20 secs. I didn't feel fantastic trying to get the legs rolling in our parking lot, but I still go in the work.
