Another long run in the bag. Yesterday's run wasn't intended to be my long run of the week so I had to get out there this morning to put in down. I put in about 10 miles before running back over to the parking lot at the Duck Pond to meet Adam Cohen. He joined me for the next 12 miles on Bobkitten. I was surprised to learn that Adam had never run out on Cedar Lane before. It was a comfortable jaunt out on the east side of town. The pace never got too blistering as it hovered around 6:50s. The body was feeling good but around 18 miles I could feel my right hamstring getting a little tight on the hills. I was glad to have a running partner today because despite the bearable temps, I am tiring of these long runs and the amount of time you have to be out there.

Adam and I finished up back at the parking lot and then headed to Cafe Plaid for some food. I had the Tuscan eggs benedict which had some pesto and sundried tomatoes on top. Pretty good eats.
