This was a good, solid week of training. The main focus was on mileage for the week and I definitely accomplished that. Next week I hope to back off the miles and put the focus back on the intensity. The big downside to this week was the fact that the majority of the running was done between 6:30 and 7:00 minutes/mile. I'm going to get lots of sleep this weekend and let the body recover so that I can resume a good training routine next week. Running 40+ miles on the weekend most definitely broke the body down a little bit and I'll need to take it easy until Tuesday or so.
